Mailhub
Your Outlook and your own-domain mail in one inbox, each answered from the address it came to.

By J Paris Media LLC
Connect Outlook, Microsoft 365 and any mailbox on your own domain, and read all of it in one place beside the rest of your business. A reply goes out through the mailbox it arrived in, from your own address, so the people you write to see exactly what they have always seen. Nothing about your mail moves to Aptsmith: no DNS changes, no new address to tell anybody about, and disconnecting leaves every mailbox exactly as it was.
What it does
- One inbox across every mailbox you connect
- Reply from the address it was sent to, through your own provider
- Search and filter across all of them at once
- A signature per mailbox, because the work one is not the personal one
- Signature Studio: build one from text, pictures, lines and links, laid out the way mail clients can actually draw it
It sets itself up around you
When you add it, it asks 7 short questions about how you already work. Your answers decide what it shows you and what it leaves out, and you can change any of it later.
