Project Management keeps all of your client work in one place: every step dated, every file reviewed, nothing waiting on someone without you knowing. Say yes to a client, pick a starter template, and the project arrives with its steps already dated. My Work shows what is due this week across every client, what it is time to start, and what you are waiting on a client for, as a list, a board, a Gantt chart or a calendar. Break a project into milestones, name your own statuses, and drag a card, a bar or a day to reschedule. Send a file to a client to review. They open a link with no account, give their name, mark the file up with numbered pins (or list the changes they want, for files that cannot be pinned), and press Done. Protect each send with a password made for it, send an updated version, keep the history, and compare versions side by side. Everything the client said stays with the project. Optional client portal. Clients sign in to see where their projects stand and reach the person looking after them. Work with a team. Assign tasks to people or to AI teammates, see who has what, and ask a teammate to approve a file before it goes to the client. Keep your team's own work as internal projects with no client: your AI teammate can run those in full while it stays restricted on client projects. Your Today page and sidebar show what is overdue, what is waiting on you, and what is waiting on a client. It works on its own from the first minute. A few setup questions decide what appears (working alone or with others, whether clients see anything, how a client's work usually runs), and screens, steps and confirmations follow how each person likes to work. Who it is good for • Coaches, consultants and freelancers who run several clients at once and want every step dated and nothing slipping. • Designers, writers and creative studios who send work to clients for feedback and want comments in one place, not scattered across email threads. • Small agencies and service teams that assign work across people, keep internal projects beside client ones, and need a teammate to approve work before it goes out. • Anyone who works with an AI teammate and wants it to manage the team's internal projects safely. • Not for: large teams that need time tracking, invoicing, resource planning or dependency scheduling. It is built to be simple.

What it does

  • Start every client project from a template, with every step already dated
  • See what is due, what to start and what is waiting on a client, as a list, board, Gantt or calendar
  • Break projects into milestones and name your own statuses
  • Send clients a file to review: no sign-in, pins or a change list, a password for each send
  • Keep every version of a file and compare them side by side
  • Optional client portal where clients see their projects and contact you
  • Assign work to people or AI teammates, and have a teammate approve a file before it goes out
  • Run internal projects with no client, which your AI teammate can manage

It sets itself up around you

When you add it, it asks 7 short questions about how you already work. Your answers decide what it shows you and what it leaves out, and you can change any of it later.
